LDH models logo (2017-2023)
LDH models Inc. was a Japanese model management agency and subsidiary of LDH that was established in September 2017 after the merge of the modeling department from LDH Japan and BEACON ALLIANCE Co.'s model department "Joli Bateau Model Management".[1]
The representative director and CEO of the subsidiary was Yamaguchi Yukio while Sada Mayumi was involved as a director.
Since the launch of LDH's new corporate structure in October 2023, LDH models has not been listed as a group company on LDH's corporate website, suggesting that the subsidiary was dissolved. Nevertheless, all models that were signed to LDH at that time continued to be managed by the company.
