HIAN Co., Ltd. (株式会社HIAN, ハイアン; read: Haian) is a joint company between LDH JAPAN and TGCK Partners (a Korean cultural content investment venture capital firm) for linked entertainment business between Japan and South Korea.

The content-specialized company was established in April 2020, officially announced in February 2021, and is based in Tokyo, Japan.

Its current director is Miyaji Daisuke (宮地大輔).

Since the launch of LDH's new corporate structure in October 2023, HIAN has not been listed as an affiliated company on LDH's corporate website, suggesting that the company has become independent.

Business

HIAN's business specifically focuses on: 1) Proposal / planning / development for producing content such as movies, dramas, musicals, anime, music, games, manga, and broadcast images jointly produced by both LDH JAPAN and TGCK Partners. / Distribution, 2) Joint development of new content utilizing Korean and Japanese content IP, 3) Korean and Japanese companies and content IP, global market entry of artists and actors, marketing collaboration, etc.

On February 26, 2021, it was announced that the main business fields the company will focus on in the first phase are:
