CyberLDH Co., Ltd. (サイバーエルディーエイチ) is a joint company between LDH JAPAN and CyberAgent. The media business company was established on October 1, 2019, and is based in Tokyo, Japan.[1]

The main purpose of the company is the establishment and management of the fixed price video distribution service, CL.

The subscription-based video distribution service, CL (シーエル), delivers a wide variety of video content, including live broadcasts of concerts and live performances by LDH artists, as well as live broadcast programs and original programs. It also has interactive communication functions such as live-cast distribution that allows users to communicate with each other in a variety of ways.[2][3]

TEAM GENESIS, which has been involved in LDH's live creative work, will transform the live broadcasts into a unique online event, and will offer a variety of services such as a viewer's gift plan that replaces the Frisbee and gold tape staging at real live venues, and a fan meeting plan after live events.[2]

CL was pre-opened on June 15, 2020 while the main service of the platform started on August 1, 2020. The monthly fee is 1,100 yen (tax included), and some contents are free.[2] Additionally, the platform is the successor of LDH TV and LDH Terminal, which were both discontinued after the launch of CL since their content was moved to the new service.

1st Anniversary Projects[]

  • "2021 CL 1st Anniversary Lottery" to win goods.
  • 1,000 yen cash back to anyone who registers as a new CL Premium member during a target period.[4]
  • Newly released, CL Premium exclusive programs will be distributed free of charge until 23:59 the day after the distribution date (until August 31, 2021).[5]
  • From 0:00 on August 1, 2021, selected EXILE TRIBE groups' live concerts and documentary videos will be distributed sequentially for a limited time.[6]
  • From August 2021, there will be a real time subtitling feature which recognizes the audio from live broadcasts and automatically converts it in real time into subtitles in a range of languages (Languages supported: Japanese, English, Chinese (simplified and traditional characters), Korean, Thai, Indonesian).[7]
  • "LDH Kanshasai CL 24" (LDHファン感謝祭CL24; LDH Fan Appreciation Festival CL24), a 24-hours live broadcast featuring all LDH artists starting on August 15.[8]
  • CL 1st Anniversary Live 2021 with EXILE AKIRA, EXILE TAKAHIRO, Tachibana Kenchi, Kuroki Keiji, EXILE TETSUYA, EXILE NESMITH and EXILE SHOKICHI at Billboard Live Tokyo (only fans who received the special prizes of "CL 1st Anniversary Lottery 2021" were allowed to enter the venue).[9]

  • 25-hour live broadcast from August 9, 2022 (Tue) 18:00 JST to August 10, 2022 (Wed) 19:00 JST titled "CL 2nd Anniversary CL25 ~Dream For All~".[10][11]
    • "LDH Manatsu no Dai Undokai!" (LDH真夏の大運動会！; LDH Midsummer Sports Day!), a sports competition played out in teams that transcend group boundaries, will be held on August 10, 2022 at Arena Tachikawa Tachihi, Tokyo.[12] (the event was cancelled on August 5, 2022, due to concers over the spread of COVID-19)[13]
  • The logo was designed by SWAY of DOBERMAN INFINITY.[10]
